Dig through the Ruins

At the beginning of each upkeep, mill a
card. If an artifact card was milled this way, sacrifice two artifacts you control. When
you do, return the milled artifact to the battlefield.

We found it! And it only cost us five years of digging, a thousand picks and shovels, a few
dozen dead miners in that cave-in last spring...
