This chalk has 7 charges. Use a charge to
draw a door into the air, which turns into
a portal leading to any location on any plane
which you have been to before. Creating the
portal takes 10 minutes, it stays open 1
minute unless you wish to close it sooner.
After all charges are spent, the item
crumbles to dust and becomes unusable.
