Dimensional Shift

When Dimensional Shift enters that battlefield,
for each nonland permanent, choose a player at
random. Then each player gains control of each
permanent for which they were chosen. Untap
those permanents. Whenever Dimensional Shift
leaves the battlefield, all players gain control of
all permanents they own.

permanent they own. Any player may activate
this ability.
