Dimir Ascendancy

Whenever Dimir Ascendancy enters the battlefield, each opponent discards a card.
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep, that player may reveal their hand, if they do, draw 2 cards and each other player draws a card. If that player does not reveal their hand, that player discards a card and each other opponent discards a card.
