During each players draw step that player
draws a card from the {u} and {b} pile,
then discards one of those cards.
(this replaces ,,drawing a card'' in draw step)
Blue and Black spells cost {1} less to cast.
During e.p. upkeep that player may discard a blue or black card to destroy Dimir Roulette.
