Whenever you Surveil, you may exile Dimir Shade-Blade along with another target creature. Return Dimir Shade-Blade to the battlefield at the beginning of your next upkeep.
They aren't ever seen, but when they are, they vanish. Then you pray the same doesn't happen for you.
