Whenever you cast a red spell, put a +1/+1
counter on Diothes, Crucible of Akros.
At the beginning of your postcombat main
phase, remove any number of counters from
Diothes and exile that many cards from your
graveyard. If you do, discard that many cards,
draw that many cards, and add that much {r}.
