Diplomacy
This glove holds an electrical charge which can be unleashed
against a creature as an attack.
Make a melee attack roll. On a hit the creature takes 2d8 lightning
damage and must make a Constitution saving throw using your spell
save DC. On a fail the target is stunned until either the end of
it's next turn, or the next time it takes damage.
Resets on a long rest or when hit with an attack which deals
lightning damage.
