Diplomatic Quandary

Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, that player looks at the top card of an opponent's library. If it's a creature, enchantment or artifact card, that player
may put it onto the battlefield under it's
owner's control. Otherwise, that player puts
it onto the battlefield under their control,
and lose 5 life. Put the rest into it's owner's graveyard.
