As long as Dipper, the Conflicted is in your command zone, you are your own opponent. (Spells and abilities you control that affect opponents also affect you. Creatures you control can attack you. For any spell or ability that allows you to choose an opponent, you may choose yourself. Permanents you control count as permanents controlled by an opponent.)
