paying their casting cost minus {2}. Spells cast
this way gain Vanishing 2. (This permanent enters
the battlefield with two time counters on it. At the
beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter
from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
{t}: Put a time counter on target permanent you
control. If it's a creature with Vanishing, put a
+1/+1 counter on it.
