You may begin the game with Dirj, Blood Mage
on the battlefield if it is your commander.
Whenever you lose life, put that many blood
counters on Dirj.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
remove a blood counter from Dirj. If you do, each
opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
