The targets of spells and abilities are chosen at
random. (As long as you want them to be)
Laugh: Target player swaps hands with
another target player. (This last until you get bored)
Yawn: Counter target spell, or exile target
permanent.
Leave the table: You, and all permanents you
control phase out. (Potty break!)
