Discord, Chaos and Strife

+2: Target opponent draws a cards from another player's library. You draw a card from any player's library.
-1: Each player flips a coin. If their coin comes up heads, they gain a friend token. For each coin that comes up tails, destroy target creature.
-8: Roll a four sided die. 1: Gain 100 life. - 2: Take an extra turn after this one. - 3: You may destroy all lands. - 4: Exile 8 target premanents.
