Discord's Scorn

Exile target spell with converted mana cost X or less. It's controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card that shares a type with the exiled spell, then puts that card into their hand and the rest on the bottom of their library. If Discord's Scorn was kicked, you may cast the exiled spell without paying it's mana cost
