Disease Outbreak

When you play Disease Outbreak, all creatures
without contaminate get a disease counter.
(Creatures with a disease counter get a -1/-1
counter at the beginning of theircontroler's upkeep.)
Whenever a creature without contaminate enters
the battlefield, put a disease counter on that
creature.
{2}: You may search your library for a card
named The Plague and put it into the battlefield.
If you do shuffle your library.
