You make yourself seem different for duration:
up to 1 ft shorter or taller, slim or fat or in
between, but must keep same basic shape/limbs.
Other features are up to you. Illusion fails to
hold up to inspection; doesnt change your actual
dimensions and physical interactions pass through
the illusion. Creatures can use action to check w/
(Investigation) vs. Spell Save DC.
