When Dispater deals combat damage to a player,
that player sacrifices all artifacts they control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control
ten or more artifacts and your opponents control
no artifacts, you win the game.
Sacrifice artifacts with a total converted
mana cost of 6 or greater, return Dispater from
your graveyard to the battlefield.
