lvl. If success Dispel, if fail move to next lowest
with the same roll until a dispel is successful or no other spells exits. If Dispel is targeting a specific
spell on or AOE, use caster lvl check. if equal or
higher than DC of spell, it ends. No other spells
are attempted if failure.
