Dissonant Whispers
You whisper a discordant melody that only one
target w/in range can hear. The target must make
a WIS save. On a failed save, it takes 3d6 psychic
damage and must immediately use its reaction to
move as far away from you as able. The creature
doesnt move into obviously dangerous ground.
On a successful save, the target takes half damage
and doesnt move away. +1d6 damage for each
Spell Slot Level used above 1st.
