Distortion Bubble

When Distortion Bubble enters the battlefield
draw a card, then discard a card.
{t}: Reveal a card from your hand. Choose a
number for {x}. {x} Cannot be zero. You may pay
that cards mana cost minus {x}, if you do exile
that card with {x} time counters on it. At the
beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter.
When you remove the last counter you may cast
that card without paying its mana cost.
It has haste until end of turn.
