Divination1: Foreboding

Foreboding is a blessing that targets the Psyker. Whilst this power is in effect. the psyker and their unit have the Counter-attack special rule and fire overwatch using their full BS, rather than BS 1.
Does not allow weapons that could not normally fire Overwatch to do so.
