Divine balance

Target player draws cards equal to the diference between the number of cards in that players hand
and the player with most cards hand. If that
player has fewer lands than then the player with
the most lands that player searches their library
for an amount of basic land cards equal to that difference, puts those cards onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle their library.
