If your opponent controls at least 3 more
Extractors than you, gain control of an
Extractor of your choice until end of turn,
then summon a Cosmic Extractor with
cost 3 or less from your deck and give it
haste until end of turn.
If they don't, draw 1, then put an Extractor
from your deck or trash either on top of
your deck or second from the top.
