Division Season

If an effect would create one or more tokens
under an opponent's control, it creates half that
many of those tokens instead, rounded down.
If an effect would put one or more counters on
a permanent an opponent controls, it puts half
that many of those counters on that permanent
instead, rounded down.
Everything has its opposite.
