Divlak, Pain Maker

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a pain
counter on each creature.
Divlak gets +1/+1 for each pain counter on it.
Other creatures get -1/-1 for each pain counter
on them.
{1}{b}, remove any number of pain counters from Divlak: Put that many pain counters on another
target creature.
