Do What Thou Wilt
Spells can't be countered or targeted.
Whenever a player casts a spell, each of that
player's opponents may search their library for a
card, put it into their hand, then shuffle.
Noncombat sources can't cause players to win
the game or to lose the game. (This includes
drawing from an empty library, noncombat loss of life, poison
counters, and sources that say "win the game"
or "lose the game.")
