Stim Pistol ~ Choose one of the following modes
and remove a Utilitycounter:
{t}{1}: Gain three life.
{t}{g}: Target creature get two +1/+1 counter.
{t}{g}: Remove an Aura or up to three counter from target creature.

Sometimes you have to take a life, to save one.
