Docile Impung

When Doctile Impung enters the battlefield, exile target spell you control and put a Spectrum
counter on it.
Target spell in Exile with a Spectrum counter may
be played without paying it's mana cost and gains
haste. Remove the Spectrum counter on that spell
and return it to Exile at the end of your turn.

mana cost.
