When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield,
You gain control of all artifact your opponent control, these artifact loose all abilities and can't
attack or block.
Ransom 1 (Your opponent may pay {1}, if the ransom
is paid, you create a Treasure and your opponent gain control of target artifact or creature he or she own)
Opponent may pay the ransom even if Dockside Extortionist is not on the battlefield
