During your end phase each opponent will call out friend or foe.During their next upkeep they will get the following effect.
•Friend: They can put a +1/+1 counter on a creature they control.
•Foe: put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control.

Betrayal: If a Friend attacks you or damages your life, place X -1/-1 counter counters on each creature they control.
Where X is the number of creatures they attacked you with or how much life you lost whichever is higher.
