Eminence — While this card is on the field or in
the command zone, each time you cast a spell, if
that spell only targets opponents or permanents
they control, you get a Balance counter and if
that spell only targets you or permanents you
control you may lose a Balance counter and draw
two cards.
Lose a Balance counter: each opponent loses
2 life and you gain 2 life.
