Dom, Infectious Necromancer

As long as you control a zombie Dom, Infectious Necromancer has Hexproof and Infect.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may put an infectious counter on target zombie you control.
Creatures you control with infectious counters on
them have infect.
When a creature an opponent controls with a -1/-1 counter dies return that creature onto the battlefield under your control. It is a zombie in addition to its other types.
