you may gain control of target creature with
power 3 or less until end of turn. If you do,
untap it and it gains haste until end of turn.
Whenever a player loses control of a creature,
Dominus of Fealty deals 2 damage to its owner.
(This effect includes creatures leaving the battlefield.)
