Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may pay life equal to that card's converted
mana cost. If you do, that spell gains cipher.
When a rouge you control deals combat damage
to a player, if it has a card encoded on it, you
may also encode that card onto another rogue creature you control that dealt combat damage
this turn.
