an artifact card with converted mana cost X
or less and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library, where X is equal to the result. If X is 5 or greater, an opponent
chosen at random creates a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying and "{r}: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn."
