Doom Hangs Still

Enchant player
Enchanted player can't gain life.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, put a doom counter on Doom Hangs Still. Then, if enchanted player's life total is less than the number of doom counters on Doom Hangs Still, enchanted player loses the game.
