Doom Mist

Doom Mist enters the battlefield with 4 counters
on it. If there are no counters on Doom Mist,
bury it. At the end of each turn, remove one
counter from Doom Mist.
No creatures may attack while Doom Mist is in
play. For every counter removed from Doom
Mist add a -1/-1 counter to each creature on the battlefield.
