Doom on the Wind

Look at the top four cards of your library. Put
one into your hand and put one into exile, then
reveal the remaining two. An opponent chooses
one of them. You put the chosen card into your
hand and the unchosen card into your graveyard.
If the card your opponent chose has mana value
less than the card you put into your graveyard,
you may cast the card you exiled without paying
its mana cost.
