Dooming Traditions

At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1.
Then each player loses 1 life. (To scry 1, look
at the top card of your library. You may put
that card at the bottom of your library.)
Players can't cast spells with the same name
as cards discarded with instants and sorcery spells.
