Doomsayer Sage

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put a
+1/+1 counter on target creature you control,
then Doomsayer sage deals 1 damage to you.
Desperation (This creature may despair as it attacks.
If it does it gains "When this creature dies, draw a
card, then discard a card." Sacrifice it at the
beginning of the next end step)
When this creature Despairs, double the power
of target creature you control, then take damage
equal to that creatures original power.
