it, each time it phases in, remove a Time Counter.
When there are no Time Counters on Doomtrain, it
may use it's special ability)
Runaway Train- Infects all target opponent's
creatures with -1/-1 counters. Add 3 Time Counters.
Doomtrain's power is equal to the number of
-1/-1 counters on the battlefield.
