Dorian's Shepherds

If another player would gain life, you may
have that player and any number of other players each gain that much life instead.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
put an alms counter on target creature that player controls. It gets +0/+1 and has lifelink for as long as it has an alms counter
on it.
