Creature enter the battlefield with X slumber counters on them.
Whenever you cast an instant, sorcery or
enchantment spell, remove a slumber counter
from each of your creatures. Whenever a slumber counter is removed from a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature.
Creatures with slumber counters can't attack,
block, or use activated abilities.
