When Dorothy enters the battlefield, you may
put a mine counter on target creature.
{w}, {t}: Put a mine counter on target creature.
Whenever a creature with a mine counter on it
becomes tapped, destroy it.
When Dorothy leaves the battlefield, remove
all mine counters from all creatures.
