Double it & give it to the nex

Roll a six sided dice, if it lands on one offer +1 to your opponent, otherwise offer -1.
Opponent can either accept, or tap one land and double the amount to the next player on their start phase, in which case said player will have to pay double the previous required land to pass it on to the next opponent.
