At the beginning of your upkeep if a crown
counter is on an exiled card you control, discard
a card and remove a crown counter. When all
crown counters are removed from an exiled
permanent, bring that permanent into play. It's a
skeleton in addition to its other types and has
"{t}: Add a +1/+1 counter on up to two creatures.
