Double Toads Eye Release

Whenever a player casts a spell not exiled under
this one, counter it and exile it under Double
Toads Eye Release. Then that player may cast a
copy of that spell without paying its mana cost.
You may cast cards exiled under this one, any
mana spent to do this counts as mana of any
color. Spells cast this way cannot be countered.
