Its controller may sacrifice it. If they don’t, tap it and it doesn’t untap during its controller’s next untap step. Activate only as a sorcery. Whenever an opponent sacrifices a permanent, create a 2/2 blue Elemental creature token with “When this creature dies, draw a card.”
