{2}{u}/{r}/{g}: put an exp counter on the color
used to pay. Spells of that color are {1}less to cast.
{u}{r}{g}: Dovahkiin fights a target creature you
don't control. If target creature dies this way, put
an exp counter on Dovahkiin at the end of
combat. Dovahkiin gets +1/+1 for each exp
counter on him.
